Regarding the scratch in the photo you uploaded — it appears to have been caused by a very sharp object that was forcefully pushed against the lip of the bonnet. As you mentioned when you came in to review the footage, the damage seems to go deep, affecting not just the first but even the second layer of paint. We want to clarify that we do not use any sharp metal objects in our car wash process. All our equipment — including microfiber cloths, soap, and chamois towels — is specifically selected to prevent any damage during cleaning. Even the pressure gun we use is made of plastic to minimize the risk of scratches. We can confirm that all of our security cameras are fully operational, and we stand by the footage reviewed. As you noted, you had the opportunity to watch the full video of your car being washed. During the exterior wash, your car was clearly positioned under the main camera in the wash bay, and after reviewing the footage, you did not observe anything unusual or out of the ordinary. Given that the service you received — the Royal Wash — is a quick, general cleaning, the lip of the bonnet is even barely touched during the process. Regarding the plastic seat rail cover, we did find it on the floor while vacuuming and placed it in the rear door bin for safekeeping. We certainly understand that accidents can happen and that some things may be beyond our control. However, with respect, based on the footage, the nature of our service, and the lack of any evidence linking the damage to our process, we believe it is unlikely that the scratch occurred during your visit. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and we remain open to further discussion if you have any additional thoughts or concerns. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. When you first visited us, you mentioned that a previous carwash had already caused damage to the badges of your car. That context helps us understand why these concerns have come up again, but it does not make it fair to place responsibility on each new carwash you visit. You received a $105 service, and we have already provided all possible assistance, including reviewing CCTV and inspecting the vehicle. At this point, we have nothing further to add, and we respect that you may choose not to return. If washing the vehicle yourself brings you more peace of mind, that may be the best option for the future.
