  • We offer car wash and detailing services, including Extreme Wash, Super Wash In & Out, Royal Wash, Interior Detailing, Mini Detailing, and Full Detailing.

  • Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and operational hours.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for services are listed at our premises and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and additional requests.

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our premises.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

5. Liability

  • We take reasonable care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

    • Damage due to worn or fragile parts, aftermarket modifications, or improper previous repairs.

    • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

    • Discoloration, staining, or fading of vehicle paint, upholstery, or interior materials due to existing conditions, prior chemical treatments, or environmental factors.

  • Any claims must be reported before leaving our premises after the service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be provided once the service is completed unless there is clear evidence of unsatisfactory service.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, equipment failure, or staff shortages.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
